Refund policy

As our products are custom-printed Direct to Film (DTF) transfers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once transfers are pressed onto garments/products.

Defective or incorrect prints (e.g. wrong size, missing items, or clear production errors) may be reported within 7 days of delivery. If approved, we will reprint or refund the order.

We cannot refund or reprint for errors in artwork supplied by the client.
