How It Works

After printing, the DTF Hot Melt Powder is applied by shaking it onto the printed design. The powder adheres to the white base layer, and when heated, it solidifies the design, enhancing its durability and elasticity.  It bonds directly to the ink — not the film — ensuring clean, residue-free transfers with excellent colour vibrancy.
